prayertimes
tend to be more faithfully observed than in other Moroccan towns. Meetings and the like are often scheduled in accordance to prayertimes. I.e. "I'll come after the afternoon prayer (صلاة العصر)" instead of giving hour and minutes.
The current official prayertimes for Laâyoune you find here: https://habous.gov.ma/prieres/horaire_hijri_2.php?ville=156
in English here: https://en.yabiladi.com/prieres/details/85/laayoune.html
travel
while it is convenient to book your flights online, often you get cheaper flights over the counter. Or when the cheap flights are sold out online, they are still available at the RAM office Place Dshira or Sahariano just beside it.
For travel by bus overland you can try supratours.ma or markoub.ma. Markoub serves a number of lines, including CTM but is not exhaustive. If you don't find a connection there, still go to the different counters at the "gar routiere". In general for supratours the internet works better than the counters and for everything else the counters work better.
On the supratours site you can also buy tickets for the trains in North Morocco - and vice versa: On https://www.oncf.ma/ you can also buy bus-tickets with supratours.
